Plumbing & Heating Engineer
£28,000-£31,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)
We’re looking for a qualified Plumbing and Heating Engineer to join our Estate Team. You would be required to carry out all types of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing works across the whole Ampleforth College site. You will also demonstrate all due care to safer practice for children and for all relevant Health and Safety legislation.
£28,000 – £31,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)
A fully qualified Electrician, to C&G 2392/2360/NVQ level 3 and IEE 16/17th Edition and a good working knowledge of statutory compliance issues, is required to provide a comprehensive electrical service to the College site. There is a focus on preventative planned work, as well as reactive intervention and project work.
General Maintenance Technician
£18,000-£20,000 (depending on skills and experience)
A General Maintenance Technician is required to lead and carry out all types of general maintenance across the College site. You will have significant skills and experience relevant to building construction, joinery and decorating. Knowledge and understanding of current health and safety regulations are essential. Project management experience would be an advantage.
