Ursuline Preparatory School Anti-Bullying Week 2025

Anti-Bullying Week took place at Ursuline Prep School. This year’s theme
was ‘Power for Good’, whereby children are encouraged to use their
power for the good. The week began with the children coming to
school wearing odd socks, which highlighted the fact that we are all
different, unique and wonderful. Year 5 children delivered a school
assembly to all pupils, based on this year’s Anti-Bullying theme. The
week continued with all children participating in age-appropriate
anti-bullying workshops, whilst learning, teaching others and
participating in activities, enabling their confidence to build when
faced with unkind or bullying behaviour. To consolidate this learning,
each child was given their very own ‘Child Friendly Anti-Bullying
Policy’ from school that they can keep close by if ever they need to
use it as a reference. The themed week portrayed a powerful and
important message to the children whilst also enabling them to have
fun and enjoy themselves.
