The idea for the company grew out of a pilot scheme with the Stonyhurst Association last year which reaffirmed how vital intentional, personalised alumni care is to sustaining Catholic values and community in a complex, changing world. 96% of alumni respondents voiced that they would like more proactive and responsive care that is genuinely helpful and relevant to their life circumstances whilst 77% of alumni desire proactive career development advice navigating the future of work.

We specialise in building and modernising alumni associations through our signature and diagnostic Alumni Health Check service which includes our proprietary Alumni Vitality Index™, a framework that measures and celebrates how schools are genuinely advancing alumni wellbeing, career success, and belonging across their lifetime.
