Practical Leadership for Stronger School Teams

Leading From The Middle is a practical leadership programme designed specifically to help middle leaders develop the confidence, judgement and tools they need to lead colleagues effectively.

Across three live and interactive online sessions, participants will explore:

• leading people and building effective teams;
• feedback, accountability and difficult conversations; and
• leading change and improvement.

Session 1: Wednesday 4 November 2026, 3.00–5.00pm
Session 2: Wednesday 2 December 2026, 3.00–5.00pm
Session 3: Wednesday 13 January 2027, 3.00–5.00pm

The programme is offered completely free of charge to CISC member schools, with up to three places available per school.
