Main description: Practical Leadership for Stronger School Teams

This is the second of three live and interactive sessions in the Leading From The Middle programme.

The programme is designed specifically to help middle leaders develop the confidence, judgement and practical tools needed to lead colleagues effectively.

Across the programme participants explore:

• leading people and building effective teams;
• feedback, accountability and difficult conversations; and
• leading change and improvement.

The programme is offered completely free of charge to CISC member schools, with up to three places available per school.
