Careers and Futures Lead

The Careers and Futures Lead at Beaulieu Convent School plays a critical role in preparing students for life beyond school, helping them explore pathways into higher education, apprenticeships, employment, or other opportunities with confidence, knowledge, and ambition. The successful candidate will deliver a forward-thinking, strategic and inspiring careers programme aligned with the Gatsby Benchmarks, the School’s Catholic values, and the needs of students in Years 7–13.

This position will involve leading the careers curriculum across all key stages, coordinating Project Trident work experience placements for Year 10, supporting Oxbridge and competitive course applicants from Year 9 onwards, and leading on the UCAS process and other post-18 pathways.
