At The Ursuline Preparatory School we pride ourselves on being, first and foremost a friendly, family school. Our aim is to ensure that all children are given the opportunity of the best possible start to their educational career. To this end the majority of the children who are educated at The Ursuline Preparatory School begin in our Nursery. Every girl is encouraged to achieve her personal best in the classroom, but she is also encouraged to achieve in other aspects of school life too. All the pupils in our non-selective school enjoy the benefits of our large site with its top class facilities. Alongside the academic rigour The Ursuline Preparatory School provides, I believe the girls benefit from the broad curriculum on offer; allowing pupils to participate and achieve in sporting activities, develop their computing skills, drama performance and art and design. In addition there is a plethora of extra curricular activities girls can participate in either before school, at lunchtime and after school. The well attended After School Care Scheme is available for all pupils. Our children and staff share a real sense of purpose in following the pioneering principles of our Foundress, St Angela Merici.
