Leading From The Middle – Practical Leadership for Stronger School Teams
Purpose: This is a practical leadership programme designed specifically to help middle leaders develop the confidence, judgement and tools they need to lead colleagues effectively. Across three live and interactive online sessions, participants will explore leading people and building effective teams; feedback, accountability and difficult conversations; and leading change and improvement.
The sessions will take place via Zoom from 3.00–5.00pm on 4 November, 2 December and 13 January. This programme is being offered completely free of charge to CISC member schools, with up to three places available per school.
