Dear Friends and Colleagues,
Please share this excellent professional development opportunity with colleagues in your school who are either at the beginning of their leadership journey or who may be aspiring to leadership roles.
We are pleased to offer a Leadership Development Programme designed specifically for middle leaders (0–3 years’ experience) and aspiring leaders. The programme focuses on three key areas:
- Improving team performance and building psychologically safe environments
- Developing confidence in feedback and difficult conversations
- Leading effectively through change and uncertainty
The course will be delivered through three live online sessions and is free of charge for colleagues from CISC schools (up to three participants per school) .
Dates:
- 13 May 2026
- 3 June 2026
- 1 July 2026
(All sessions run from 3:00–5:00pm)
The sessions will be led by Richard Hester, an experienced educational leader and Chartered Management Consultant with significant expertise in leadership development within schools .
