CISC Christmas Card Competition Deadline THIS FRIDAY!
If you haven’t already entered your school for this year’s Christmas Card Competition, now is the time to act!
The CISC Christmas Card competition is now in its eighth year and the standard of entry, across the age range, has been consistently impressive. Last year’s winner, Olivia Mitchell from St. Edward’s School in Cheltenham, featured on the front cover of the CISC Christmas card and was distributed to more than 300 people across the globe.
This year’s theme is ‘God is with us’ (Matthew 1:23) and details of how schools can enter can be accessed here.
The cost of entry is £10 per school per category (i.e. £20 for an all-through school with entries in both categories) and, with two categories of entry – Junior and Senior – this is a wonderful opportunity to promote your pupils’ creativity and artistic abilities. Entries should be 2D but can be in either art work or photographic format.
Please encourage your Faculty Heads and Teachers of Art and Photography to take part and submit your pupils’ entries before the deadline on Friday 17 November.
